"Not only was the food absolutely INCREDIBLE but the service was also brilliant. I think almost every guest came up to us and said that the food was the best wedding food that they had ever eaten. Not only was it all locally sourced and so fresh, the dishes themselves were so creative and gave the meal such a huge WOW factor. The fact that you were serving the meal to 150 people and were able to have the same high quality standard in every dish blew our minds.
The service through the meal was flawless and all of the staff were so helpful. The waiters were so attentive and made sure to serve myself and Guy all the canapes while we were having our photos done. Little touches like that made all the difference and showed how much they cared about making sure we had the best day. Through the meal they served us effortlessly smoothly and I never heard one grumble from anyone not getting their food fast enough. So a big thank you to all the staff for their kindness and attentiveness throughout our wedding.
The final but most important thank you is specifically to Adam who was such a star to work with. From our initial consultation he grasped our vision and delivered that and so much more. Not only are they such a great team but they are extremely talented in the field they work in. We had a brilliant tasting and Adam offered such variation in our options which were both inventive and delicious… it was so hard to pick! Then through the lead up to the wedding NNCC offered so much support that we felt so confident they had it all covered. Then came the actual wedding day which completely blew all our expectations out of the water! We can’t thank NNCC enough for helping us create (as cheesy as it sounds) the wedding of our dreams."
“We have used Adam and his team on 3 occasions within the last year for a small dinner party, a large dinner party and a drinks party for about 80 people. Everything has been fantastic from initial contact and discussions about the food – Adam has great ideas but is also happy to incorporate anything we particularly wanted – through until the evening itself when everything went according to plan.

''For our wedding at Sussex Barn, Burnham Market we used the North Norfolk Catering Company for our catering, as they came as a recommendation from the venue and we could not have been happier. We met with Adam early on to discuss our thoughts and some menu options. A tasting followed soon after with Adam providing his menu creations for us to try and refine our menu for the day. Over the following weeks we were able to refine the menu and firm up all of the finer details of the day, allowing us to add some further personal touches, all of which were taken care of by Adam and nothing was too much.
We were very happy to know that the North Norfolk Catering Company source their ingredients from their local sources and suppliers, which was important to us, especially when it came to the Norfolk cheeses for our cheese cake! On the day, Adam and his team were all very professional and flawless. The tables were beautifully dressed and set off the wedding breakfast amazingly well. The staff were all friendly and could not do enough for our guests.

Adam calmly and efficiently made unending fantastic, fresh and authentic Asian dishes for over 200 people. The guests loved the dishes and the choice available and kept coming back for more, much more than we had expected actually, but NNCC took it in their stride and kept serving. Everything was so beautifully presented in a fun and age appropriate manner.
They then served up mountains of perfect bacon rolls at the end of the night.
